Effective Date: 11 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moonzo website, dashboard, automated trading system, trading signals, and related services.

By accessing or using Moonzo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform or its services.

1. About Moonzo

Moonzo provides technology-based tools for cryptocurrency market analysis, trading-signal processing, account monitoring, and automated trade execution through supported third-party exchanges.

Moonzo is a technology service provider. We are not a bank, cryptocurrency exchange, broker, portfolio manager, investment adviser, or financial institution unless expressly stated otherwise under a separate written agreement.

2. Eligibility

You may use Moonzo only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • Cryptocurrency trading is permitted in your jurisdiction
  • You have a valid account with a supported cryptocurrency exchange
  • You comply with the exchange’s terms and applicable laws
  • The information provided by you is accurate and complete

You are responsible for determining whether using Moonzo is lawful and suitable in your country or region.

3. Description of Services

Moonzo may provide:

  • Automated cryptocurrency trading tools
  • Strategy-based market analysis
  • Trading signals and automated order execution
  • Exchange account integration through restricted API credentials
  • Capital and risk-based system customisation
  • Position, order, and performance monitoring
  • Trading history and account information dashboards
  • Technical monitoring and support

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, operational, legal, or technical reasons.

4. Exchange Accounts and API Credentials

To use automated trading features, you may need to connect a supported exchange account using API credentials.

You agree to:

  • Create API credentials without withdrawal permission
  • Grant only the minimum permissions required for trading
  • Keep your exchange login details and API credentials secure
  • Notify Moonzo promptly if your credentials may be compromised
  • Disable or replace compromised credentials immediately
  • Follow all rules and security requirements of your exchange

Moonzo does not require permission to withdraw cryptocurrency or funds from your exchange account. Your assets remain within your third-party exchange account, and Moonzo does not take custody of them.

5. User Authorisation

By enabling automated trading, you authorise Moonzo’s system to submit, modify, or cancel trading orders according to your selected strategy, capital settings, risk configuration, and received trading signals.

Automated instructions may be executed without requesting separate confirmation for every order. You are responsible for reviewing your settings before activating automated trading.

You may stop future automated activity by disabling the relevant system, disconnecting the API integration, or revoking the API credentials through your exchange.

6. Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial financial risk. Prices may change rapidly, and you may lose some or all of your trading capital.

Risks may include:

  • Market volatility and sudden price movements
  • Leverage, liquidation, and margin-related losses
  • Reduced market liquidity or price slippage
  • Delayed, rejected, duplicated, or partially filled orders
  • Exchange outages, maintenance, or API failures
  • Internet, hosting, webhook, software, or network interruptions
  • Incorrect account settings or API permissions
  • Changes to exchange rules or market conditions
  • Regulatory or legal changes
  • Cybersecurity incidents and unauthorised account access

You are solely responsible for deciding how much capital to allocate and whether automated cryptocurrency trading is appropriate for you. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Moonzo does not guarantee:

  • Profits or fixed financial returns
  • Completely accurate trading signals
  • Prevention of losses or liquidation
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Execution of every order at a specific price
  • Future results based on historical performance
  • That a strategy will remain profitable under changing conditions

Backtesting, demonstrations, simulations, and previous trading results are provided for informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

8. No Financial Advice

Information provided through Moonzo does not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Trading strategies, signals, market information, dashboards, and automated actions are technology-based services and should not be treated as personalised financial advice.

You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate before making financial decisions.

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and monitoring your exchange account
  • Maintaining sufficient balance and margin

  • Ensuring the accuracy of information supplied to Moonzo
  • Understanding the strategy and risks before activation
  • Paying applicable exchange fees, funding charges, taxes, and other costs
  • Complying with applicable laws and exchange requirements

Moonzo is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect settings, insufficient balances, excessive leverage, compromised credentials, exchange restrictions, or actions taken outside the Moonzo system.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use Moonzo for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or information
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, or automated attacks
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the system without permission
  • Use Moonzo to manipulate markets or violate exchange rules
  • Misrepresent your identity or account ownership
  • Attempt to bypass access, security, or usage restrictions

Moonzo may restrict or suspend access where misuse, suspicious activity, security risk, or a violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

11. Fees and Payments

Fees, subscription charges, setup costs, or service charges—if applicable—will be communicated before the relevant paid service is activated.

Third-party costs, including exchange trading fees, funding charges, network fees, taxes, and currency-conversion costs, are your responsibility.

Unless required by applicable law or stated in a separate written agreement, fees already paid may be non-refundable once the relevant service has been activated or provided.

12. Third-Party Services

Moonzo relies on third-party services that may include cryptocurrency exchanges, charting platforms, hosting providers, databases, communication services, and internet infrastructure.

Your use of these services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Moonzo does not control and is not responsible for third-party outages, restrictions, pricing, security incidents, data accuracy, API changes, or service discontinuation.

13. Service Availability

We aim to maintain a reliable service, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

Moonzo may temporarily suspend or limit services for:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • Security investigations
  • System upgrades
  • Exchange or third-party outages
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Where practical, Moonzo may provide notice of planned interruptions.

14. Intellectual Property

The Moonzo name, branding, website, dashboard, software, trading logic, strategies, designs, content, documentation, and related technology are owned by or licensed to Moonzo.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Moonzo’s intellectual property to you.

15. Privacy

Moonzo’s collection and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Moonzo at any time and revoke connected API credentials through your cryptocurrency exchange.

Moonzo may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required fees remain unpaid
  • Your activity creates a security or operational risk
  • Fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct is suspected
  • Continuing the service may violate a legal or exchange requirement
  • A connected third-party service becomes unavailable

Termination does not cancel completed trades, outstanding exchange obligations, or liabilities that arose before termination.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonzo and its owners, employees, developers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from:

  • Trading losses or liquidation
  • Market movements or volatility
  • Delayed, failed, rejected, or incorrect order execution
  • Exchange, API, network, webhook, hosting, or software failures
  • Unauthorised access caused by compromised user credentials
  • Reliance on signals, strategies, backtests, or performance information
  • Events outside Moonzo’s reasonable control

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Moonzo’s total liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Moonzo harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Incorrect information, settings, or instructions provided by you
  • Activity conducted through your exchange or Moonzo account

19. Changes to These Terms

Moonzo may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, technology, business practices, exchange requirements, or applicable laws.

Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Moonzo after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to Moonzo or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located where Moonzo’s registered office is situated, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to remain effective.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable written service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moonzo regarding the use of the platform.

By accessing, connecting an exchange account to, or using Moonzo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
